Escrow Cancellation fees
Hello,
I cancelled escrow within the 7 day contingency period and the escrow company is charging me 400 Cancellation fee. They never told me about this fee and won't release my deposit until I sign the release form woth deducts the 400 from mt deposit. I've cancelled escrows before and this has never happened to me. What can I do?
