Starting out: Northern Alabama

Good evening,

I’m starting my investment journey one house at a time in Alabama. I live in FL so I’m trying to network and learn the area while investing in Turnkey property as well.  I really like the areas of Huntsville and nearby such as:  Guntersville, Athens, Albertville, Muscle Shoals and want to purchase my next property in this region. 
I would really enjoy learning from others investing in this region and hearing your experiences with Prop Mgrs, Contractors and Rental income.
