Hello, I want to know how you guys started in the world Real Estate ? Do you regret it ? Other thing, what’s the best area to invest in Real Estate ?

Places where home prices are going up fast or where there are always people looking to rent and the income is good are often best. Looking into the market, studying the local scene, and talking to people who have been doing this for a while can give you good tips on where to invest.

I began house hacking and now I'm an agent! My only regret is not starting sooner. I thought I had to buy a home like my parents (20% and on my own). The best place to get started is where you live, you know the market better and areas. You are also physically there to address any issues that come up. Hope this helps!

I would recommend joining Pace's Subto mentorship right away. If you watch the zooms, use the resources they provide, and become part in the community, it would be very hard to fail.
