Local or Remote Real Estate or similar DOD military Skillbridge program

David Macias
Posted

Hi everyone,

I am currently a soon-to-be fully licensed (no longer PB) real real estate agent in Jacksonville, NC. I am not affiliated with a firm yet. I am also an active-duty member retiring in about a year and want to find a Real Estate (commercial or residential) skillbridge that will allow me to intern at a firm while I transition out.  In person would be preferred but a remote skillbridge is also an option. A quick google search gave me a few options but I figured someone in the BP community may have the insight or experience in this lane. Semper Fi.

@David Macias Congratulations on your upcoming licensure and military retirement. I am a veteran myself living in Virginia. I am not particularly familiar with skillbridge, but I am a Fathom Realty agent. Fathom does have a mentor program for beginners coming to Fathom, is based on servant leadership, offers 100% commission less a transaction and an annual fee and more. They also have a veteran's division.
