Property Management Software with Maintenance Support
Hi all! I recently had to relocate for a new job. Instead of selling our house, we have decided to rent it. We are looking to use a property maintenance service that allows for maintenance request integration. Has anyone recently used any? Being so far away from the property, it would be great to have third party application to help in coordinating specialists. I know RentRedi uses Latchel but the reviews I have read have left a few concerns.
