Notice for vacant properties
We just put an offer on our first investment property. The home is vacant. I am looking for a sign to put in the window or on the door that the house is not for rent. The house Is vacant and in the foreclosure process. I have seen the signs in homes that we have been looking to purchase. Now that we a vacant home I can’t find any official
Letters. The home is in MD
