Starting portfolio - looking for resources
Hey - posting from Ottawa, Ontario. My husband and I have spent the beginning of the year digging into books/researching as we are hoping to buy our first rental property this year.
We currently own a home and are leveraging off that asset to purchase the rental. Our long term goal is to become a business and own several rental properties.
I am focusing on trying to create systems for the future (templates of paper work, agreements ect.) Any advise or resources you would recommend for a beginner? TIA!
