Finding BRRRR houses
So I am not new to real estate, have purchased 9 properties oos, but I am looking to transition to BRRRR strategy. I am a busy medical professional and don't have the time to try and find off market deals and also don't have the time to constantly peruse the MLS looking for deals. I have found most wholesalers to be not exactly the greatest, sending 90+ bad deals for every one good deal. Is there such a thing as a service that you can pay an experienced real estate investor to find properties for you?
