I am not sure if this is the proper forum for this question.  My wife is a flight Attendant and would like to become a realtor however she travels a lot and would need online courses.  Is there something like that out there?  We are not new to real estate as we are flippers and rental property owners. Hey Jack! I did my pre-licensing classes online through TravTALKS, he is an extraordinary teacher and NC native in the Triangle area. They offer day and night classes during the week and on weekends. They structure the class very well and offer lots of tools that help in learning the class material. If you don't mind, I'm also relatively new to the investing side of real estate, and I've been thinking about acquiring my first rental property. What advice would you give a 21-year-old looking to start investing in real estate?
