Relocating to Pensacola area!
Hey guys, this is Colin Miner!
It is very possible that I will be relocating to Pensacola from San Antonio, TX in August 2024. I was set to start a job here in TX in acquisitions at a real estate investing company. With the possibility of a move, I am looking to make connections in this area and form relationships.
I have experience in wholesaling deals, working with contractors, working with fix & flippers and landlords, and forming relationships with agents. Any help as we get settled in to this new area would be greatly appreciated!

Pensacola, and the panhandle in general, is an active area for investors. You can be successful with most strategies here if you can source good deals. Be sure to plug in to some of the local REI groups and feel free to give me a shout if I can help you on your investing journey!
