Clever Summit 2024 or BPCON 2024

Hello. I am starting out in real estate and would like to network with people. I am interested in joining the Clever Summit 2024 conference or the BPCON 2024 conference. I only have money to go to only one of these two conferences. As a result of this, I am torn between the Clever Summit 2024 conference or BPCON 2024 conference. Which of these two conferences do you recommend I go to and why? Any input/feedback is greatly appreciated.
