Where/How do i start?

Hello,

I’m a new college who made a goal to buy my first rental property by the time i’m 25 (which would be in 2 years) and am starting my career as a commercial real estate broker in Grand Rapids, MI. I am hoping to use my expertise as a broker to start investments myself. Right now it all seems pretty overwhelming, what is the best advice you can give to someone new with plenty of time? And what are the steps i need to take to make my first investment?
