Best way to find property owner information
Hello, I am new to real estate investing, and I was wondering what the best way is to find information on a property owner. I already invested in 2 properties the traditional way (conventional loans) but am realizing that money is always going to be an issue. I would like to be able to contact a property owner, so that I could present a potential creative financing solution (seller finance, lease options, etc.) I was looking at the website Propertyrecords.com, but I am not sure how safe or accurate it is. If anyone has any information or other suggestions please let me know. Thanks!
