1. Choose mentors I trust and believe in their experience and advice.

2. I will not ask people to make a commitment to me until I have made a commitment to them.

3. Always keep a spirit of involvement and willingness to apply my own sweat equity in each property.

4. Always apply the principle of timing of the right person asking the right person at the right time in the right place in the right way.

5. Only hire people with the mindset that are willing to work through every situation to meet deadlines.

6. Never be afraid to ask anything from anybody because you never lose anything by asking, but can lose everything by remaining silent.
