Hi,

My name is Michael and I’m pretty new to this real estate investing but I am fully committed to it. I have yet to make my first deal and am currently struggling to find leads mostly because I am cash strapped and trying to budget as I go. Seems like everything cost an arm and a leg to get nowadays. I feel that I am in need of some guidance from someone with experience in the field. I am a diy person but I realize that this is gonna take some help from a community of like minded individuals. Would love to get on a call with some creative investors and wholesaler to gather some tips and pick your brains.
