What do I do about A Missing Borrower

Hello, I own a property with someone else but they have been MIA, what can I do if we have papers to sign?

Hello Chris. Thanks for responding.  I did know my partner for many years. It was a rehab. Bought it as a primary residence under both our names. I would prefer to keep the property. I've tried explaining to the bank Primelending that he disappeared but they just say I have to find him. They have not been much help. The property is gorgeous. I tried assuming the loan but that was not possible. I think I may go to court to see if I can get some help. Thanks again.
