Best Path?
Hello I hope I put this in the proper forum. Currently my partner and I have $30k to invest and build our LLC. We are currently interested in flips then eventually we’d like to get into the buy and hold realm. We already have one duplex that was purchased prior to the starting of the company. I’m writing this today to see if any of you all have a game plan or roadmap we should follow to build our capital so that we can tackle better deals. I hope I’m not being too broad but any help or direction is appreciated!
