First Flip Underway!

September 3, 2024, marked the day my wife and I analyzed our first deal. Since then, we've analyzed at least 75 deals across multiple markets, developed our buy box, and choose a strategy that aligns with our goals. We closed on our first property on November 15 and plan to employ the fix-and-flip strategy. EXCITEMENT is rising as we begin our investing journey!
