I'm looking to potentially purchase a multi family home in Topeka. I currently live out of the state. Does anyone have any bank recommendations they've had success with in the past?

I'd suggest Farmer State Bank, ask for Ryan Befort 785-383-2367. He also can include some rehab costs if the values are right. The way it ultimately works is, they will loan 75% of the ARV.

Additionally you can call Azura Credit Union. 785-233-5556  (William Anthony)

I have loans with both and they are both easy to work with and have fair closing costs.
