Seeking a Coach/Mentor

Hello there! I'm a newbie to the scene and am eager to learn and get my feet wet with knowledge and experience. My real estate investing goals are long/short-term rentals, flipping, residential/commercial properties/land, etc. I plan to do a little bit of everything to find my niche but mainly prioritizing residentials until I get comfortable & confident to spread my wings. I'm also in the process of obtaining my license (to add to my seriousness). I'm seeking a coach/mentor to take under their wing and help a baby bird fly. I am very coachable, passionate, reliable, and will add value to your business!

@Adonai Howard

I would not try to look for a coach / mentor - I would just go to meetups and network.

The best way to start is with a house hack.

Good luck
