New Investor Meetup Inquiry!
I am a nursing school student with an interest to acquire my first property before graduating in May 2027. I want to engage in single family home investing, but I am open to multi-family if it is more of a fruitful deal. Ideally, I would like to purchase as an investor, but with the current prices and my income, house-hacking may be my only viable option. Does anyone know of any meetups in my area that I could attend to learn more and get my journey started? My school is in Charleston, SC so I would be open to any meetups or real estate events out there as well.
