New investor here looking to learn and connect

Hi everyone,

My name is Nick, I'm 31 and I’m new to real estate investing. I’m currently focused on learning how to buy mid-size and larger multifamily properties using creative financing and other creative strategies. I’m looking mainly in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia for now with potential to look at other states later on. 

Right now, I don’t have a lot of money or great credit, so I’m focusing on learning how to make deals work without needing a bank. I’m especially interested in talking to sellers directly and putting together win-win deals.

My main goals are to:

• - Learn how to close my first seller-financed multifamily deal
• - Build a network of people doing similar deals
• - Keep learning how to find, analyze, and structure creative deals
