Getting Started checklist
Hey I've been watching podcasts and trying to piece together the first 10-15 steps to get started. Where im at currently: full time job( work from home) looking for BRRR, long term rental, or rent to own property strategies. Have about 150 trace skipped D4$ leads im going to be contacting and a nice down payment for 1 or 2 properties preferably with creative financing. Any input, resources, specific, videos, or connections would be greatly appreciated!
