The wholesaling process

Hello everyone, I'm considering getting into wholesaling properties. When it comes to the subject, I understand the bare-bones of the wholesaling process, but I was needing some insight.

I would love to understand more on how to get a buyers list together. (Strategy, meetings, websites, etc)

Also, when it comes to "target properties", what types of properties do investors really go for?

Any other pointers would be helpful as well.
