Hello me and my friend are intrested in starting a Airbnb MGT business. The problem is we are under 18 and are wondering if this business would be possible to run under 18. Need help.

Hey Vance, love the ambition. While being under 18 limits you legally from signing contracts or managing property directly, it doesn’t mean you’re out of the game. You’ll need a trusted adult (like a parent or guardian) to co-sign or legally form the business on your behalf.

Start by learning the business, building a brand, and offering to help hosts with cleaning, messaging, or guest support. Once you turn 18, you can take full control.

Keep going, you’re starting earlier than most, and that’s a huge advantage.
