Initial Website Advice Airbnb Arbitrage

Francis Bediako
Posted

Hello everyone, I am officially kickstarting my Airbnb arbitrage journey and have been reaching out to landlords to try and secure deals. I know it is important to show a landlord that you are professional about the various opportunities. Does anyone have any advice/templates for initial websites I can build to enhance my business rapport? I don't need a site where there is a booking page just yet, more of an simplistic business overview.

You honestly don't need a website to get someone to say yes. The key factors are insurance and the value you're providing to the landlord that a traditional renter wouldn't, and being confident when you pitch. You can visit my website from my profile page if you'd like to see a quick website template, but I didn't build it until I was ready to take direct bookings. Good luck to you, and don't hesitate to reach out for any advice. Remember to quickly reinvest your profits in owning real estate, as arbitrage isn't sustainable in the long term.
