Newbie Ready to Take Action
Hello everyone! I’m Jay, just wanted to put myself out here! I may not have anything to offer but I am a highly motivated beginner ready to hit the ground running! I'm in the process of getting my Real Estate License! In the long run, I want to be an investor so I’m interested in rentals (Co-living or Househack). I'm currently working on gaining a deeper understanding of investment strategies in today's market. Are there mentors in here who would be interested in teaching me the ropes of Real Estate?
