Advice on house hacking a quadplex
Hi my name is Grant, I just recently just turned 21. I been learning about RE for a couple years now and I'm looking into buying a quadplex in my current city. They're asking 255k and each unit rents about $750. I was seeing if it would be a good idea to house hack in one unit and rent out the other three. I think I would only be able to put down 5%, and that would be stretching it a little. What would be some advice you can give me that you wished you did for your first time?
