Tips and tricks for wholesaling real estate?
Hi my name is ashtin and im new to wholesaling. I have potential pruchase agreements in multiple states, and was wondering if there were any tips and tricks to this trade. Whether it's from real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, etc. i would like some sort of insight if it wouldn't be too much of an inconvenience, as i am wanting to take this the distance.
