Hey everyone! I’m currently diving deeper into real estate investing and I’m looking for a mentor who’s open to letting me shadow them in the field.
I’m especially interested in:
Wholesaling – learning how to find, negotiate, and assign deals
BRRRR Strategy – Running numbers, structuring deals, creative financing, and scaling smart
As a licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur, I bring a strong work ethic and a hunger to learn by doing. I’m open to volunteering, assisting with property research, marketing, or boots-on-the-ground work in exchange for mentorship and exposure to real-world deals.
