Fix & Flips in the greater Chicago Area

I am so excited to have found this space as it seems like it will be such a valuable resource to connect with other investors.
My wife and I are looking at getting started in flipping houses in the Chicago, Illinois area (suburbs most likely) and would love to get some first hand experiences and talk to some people who are currently investing in the market. We have done extensive research and have narrowed down on this market specifically due to many factors (such as easy access from where we are currently located in Canada).
