Young first timer
Hello everyone! I am new to the forums and would like to see if anyone was willing to give advice on my first property. I am only 20 so the whole house buying experience will be new to me. I plan on purchasing a duplex off my grandpa by the end of the year. He hasn't given me a number yet but I'm estimating the purchase price to be close to $290,000. Rent is high here so I could rent each unit for an easy $1500 each. Can anyone help me outline the steps i need to take in order to get it rented out within 6 months? Mind you it still needs renovations.
