Looking to make a career change
I currently work in marketing/media in NYC while living in northern NJ. I've lost my passion for the work I do and have been interested in starting my real estate investing journey for some time now. I know it can take some time to generate cash flow to the point where I can quit my 9-5 but do not want to be stuck in my current career until that happens. I'm reaching out to this community to see if you all have suggestions for a W2 job I can pivot to that will help me build skills that will help me in the real estate investing journey. I want to make sure my new career can help build the skills necessary to be a successful investor and hopefully lead me to a place where I can focus all of my time on my own real estate portfolio.
