Advice on the best platform to post student rentals

Greetings fellow investors!!!

I just recently purchased an out of state property in Muncie, IN minutes away from the Ball State University campus. I'd like to operate the property as an off-campus rental and rent it out by the room to students. I have a property manager that listed the property on Zillow but we haven't gotten any bites and I'd like to have it rented out before the semester starts up. Any advice on popular student rental platforms? What am I missing? Look forward to hearing any advice.
