Looking for end buyers

Hey all, I've learned the roadmap and ins and outs of wholesale, I've even gotten as far as finding a property and contacting them, they also were interested. A REAL LEAD! But I need to find end buyers before I can take any of that seriously. I'm looking for any advice on the first actionable steps I can take towards finding end buyers in my area, not too sure where to start or who to talk to. But any advice or 2 cents would be greatly appreciated
