So many questions

Alicia Drake
Posted

Hi all!

Started out intermittently listening to the podcast of Bigger Pockets and have always had an inspiration to invest in real estate for cash flowing long term investment within the LTR and STR's along with maybe dabbling in a rehab down the road. With this, I find a house and then am too scared essentially to pull the trigger because of the what if's. lol. So my ultimate question is, is there such a thing as a bigger pocket mentor? Or something similar? Someone to go to with a million questions and to look up to for guidance per say?

Totally get where you’re coming from analysis paralysis is something almost all of us go through when starting out. BP doesn’t officially offer ‘mentors,’ but the forums, local meetups, and networking events are a great place to find accountability partners and more experienced investors willing to share advice. I’d suggest starting by posting specific deals or questions here you’ll usually get multiple perspectives, and that can give you more confidence to take the next step.
