I was just minding my own business on Zillow and came across this gem. $1,000,000+ listing with some of the greatest photos ever. I wanted to share as some examples are just too perfect to not learn from. 

I reallly do think this would be acceptable and property would move if it were a sub 100k house, but seeing as its a $1MM+ property, it definitely stood out. Does anyone else have any recent examples of things they have spotted on the MLS lately that made you double take?
