Help deciding what real estate classes to do
Hi, my husband and i want to get into real estate investing, but are having trouble figuring out where to start. I have done a lot of podcasts and audible books, but he is more of a visual and interactive learning (wants more structure and the opportunity to ask questions), so those haven't been as helpful for him. We are thinking to enroll him in a virtual real estate license program just to get his foot in the door, to provide a framework of classes, and to have the option to enter the real estate industry with a license. But also considering just taking online courses more specific to the investing side of real estate without getting a license. Anyone have any guidance on which route would be better? and any recommendations on which courses to to take? and what the first steps are? Thank you!
