Getting started / North Bend WA and surrounding areas
Hey everyone! I'm just getting started out here in North Bend WA. I've been day dreaming about real estate investing for years. With inspiration from a couple of freinds last year, I put my head down, listened to BP podcasts, read books and now am looking to reach out in my area for advice on actually taking real first steps. I'm looking to flip or BRRRR my first property and eventually get into a solid rental asset to grow a portfolio off of.
