Hey everyone,

I'm new to the community and excited to start networking here. I'm based in Rochester, NY and looking to purchase my first rental property within the next year using an FHA loan. I've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for about 3–4 months now and it's been a huge help in getting me started.

I'd love to connect with other investors in the Rochester area (or anyone with FHA experience) as I build toward my first deal.
