What is a good first step?

I’m at a point now. I think my next step after listening to all the podcast and figuring out what I want to invest in  would be to go to the bank and see how much I can get approved for.  Is that a good first step?

Hi @Amaya Volz

This is a great first step. If you have educated yourself, the next step is to build your team and get approved with financing. I'm an investor-focused Realtor in Memphis, TN and building your team is the most important part of this process as you get started.

Best of luck!
