Buying my first deal
Me and a very close buddy of mine have worked on a lot of projects together. I am a real estate professional and he is a general contractor for some context. We are working on a plan to buy our first deal together but are looking for some guidance or feedback on the proper route to go.
We want to purchase a fix and flip. After the fact we are wondering if we should sell it or try the BRRRR method? Considering we are splitting all expenses down the middle is there any feedback or precautions we should take when it comes to partnering up?
