Cleaning business in Milwaukee

Jeanette Land
Posted

Hello everyone! My name is Jeanette. I am actively trying to start a cleaning business for rental properties. More specifically midterm rentals. Is there any advice out there that would benefit me in knowing? What do those of you that own rental properties look for in a cleaning business? Is there anybody in the Milwaukee area that would like to meet up for a conversation?

This is a good business idea and one that can't be replaced with AI so good for you for thinking of it and focusing on MTR. Get on Furnished Finder and find all of the MTR options in Milwaukee and contact them directly without a canned pitch. Tell them your story and why you want to build this business. Focus on the MTR turnover (sometimes that time window can be short) and ask if they have SOP for cleaners that you can use or view, but also offer MTR weekly or monthly cleaning while the guest is there (owner might pay sometimes, MTR guest might appreciate and pay sometimes). Good luck.
