Termites - termidor vs sentricon?
First time dealing with termites - spotted in the fence about 10-20 ft from house. Texas property, 1950s built, plan to hold property for 5-10 if all goes well. It is currently vacant, getting it rent ready anyway. Should I do termidor or sentricon? Welcome suggestions on how to make the decision and reasonable price range too.
