finding a buyer
there is a guy that is flipping a house down the street from me.
he has a sign with his number on it
i want to start getting into real estate by wholesaling
if i were to give this guy a call what would i say? do i tell him i am trying to wholesale property and just ask what he is interested in and how he does his deals and is interested in me finding property for him?
can someone write a script of what the convo might be
