Looking for some help/mentor
Hey everyone. So I've been listening to bigger pockets for a long time now. Obviously my dream is to invest in real estate. Particularly multi-family and/or section 8. I want to be transparent! My credit SUCKS. I am trying to raise it as we speak. I am 50, and I have wife and 2 sons (13 and 15). My boys are my main reason for getting into real estate. I really want to chase that generational wealth for them. I would be going into this venture with my mother. She would be my private lender. I was just wondering if there are any financial advisors in here that I could talk to? I would also love to find a mentor to point me in the right directions. I really tried to hold off on this message, but I'm needing to do something asap. I'm not getting any younger lol. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message!!
