Are there any experienced bird doggers who can offer some guidance? Newbies and those who are still new but have some experiencs feel free to share.
I am very excited and ready to begin my real estate investing journey. I have been researching and studying for about 5 years but after the global health conflict personal tragedy struck with the unexpected tragic loss of my child having to set things aside. I am now ready to start my business.
I decided to start with mobile homes both in Ontario and in Georgia ( virtually and when I can physically) have come across a bird dog contract but I've read both sides of the coin one part says certain wording can't be used such as referral fee. But another part will give a how to guide on how to create a contract.
Also has anyone here conducted theor business as bird dogs virtually in other areas provinces or even another country? I have read so much and watched a ton of videos on virtual wholesaling and bird dogging.
