I am a new investor that just closed my first deal on a duplex in Lithonia,
Georgia. It has a positive cash flow of about 40 dollars per month.
I purchased the property with 95% LTV financing from a mortgage company.
I am looking for a mentor in the Atlanta area who can show me the ropes in lease option deals.
My overall strategy is to buy and hold multi families properties long term
but I would like to make some money in lease options to fund my long term plans.
