House hacking new build.

Looking for some advice. Just started the process of a new build just east of Cincinnati,OH.

The builder is including a finished basement  (approx 700 sfqt and 7'1 - 7'9 foot ceiling) with a rough in for a bathroom/shower and wet bar (small kitchenette can be installed in lieu of bar) . It does have a separate entrance that will need to be replaced with French doors. A wall added to divide the living area from the bedroom and an egress window in the bedroom.

I have not priced out for the area but I assume I can rent it out for 600/700

Looking to see does this blur the lines of house hacking or is this considered a full on "ADU" within the property. Contacted the township and they stated aslong as everything is up to code, permits pulled and inspected its fine with them. Not really feeling too certain with that call however. I will probably set a date to go in person with plans and see what they advise.

Just wondering what I can do on my part to confirm this is posible and to protect my self in the process. Thanks
