buying forclosures, scranton PA,
hey all! I'm an investor in the scranton area. I bought one property so far last year and it was a duplex which is now stable. it was my first property. I am looking to buy my second property in a couple months. looking for duplexes, triplexes and single families as rental properties. I am also open to seeing foreclosures / sheriff sales in Lackawanna county. what is the process like for these types of deals? has anyone had any experience with forelcusres in that area? if so please tell me what your experience was like.
